count me out, im still trying to put on the weight for the upcoming season, ill keep updated on that though, plus my lifting to help keep everyone else motivated

Im at 205 and 21% body fat. i want to be at 210 before the end of march. would also like to get to around 18% body fat, that one might take me a little longer though, specially if i continue to drink a case of beer a weekend:D

Softball is cool
I ran 1 mile today and lifted for another hour. Jumping into this cardio thing sucks. Goal 215.

So at work they have an inbody that computes fat% pretty accurately and wow
Currently at 23% fat. Goal is under 18%

Put me in for this. 271 lbs and I wanna get back into powerlifting shape for a meet in June. Goal is to make the 242 weight class.

I ate some food and lifted some weights.... Not a lot of weights, just a little. Not strong like that power lifter Tony

FWIW, if anyone is taking bets, my money is on Pretty. I watched that man go from my size to meathead in 1 season. I never did get those test results back. (Pretty has been acused of taking his brother's HGH haha)

How many of you fockers have added 5+ pounds to your actual starting weight in hopes of looking like a stud for losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks?

Added 5 pounds? I added 55 so when I gain 20 it looks like I lost 35
My weight was witnessed by a co worker (have to have witnesses for my work competition). So far there are no prizes so if its about pride and getting healthy.
Matthews, speaking of healthy, you should quit smoking. You will live longer and shouldn't have a problem gaining some weight (I didn't)

Thanks Chris I spend alot of time in the gym the last 4 years. Minimum 4x/wk with alot of different lifting programs. Hell when I first started playing softball I could barley bench 135 for 1 rep. My max two weeks ago was 270. So it took me four years to double my max (legally).

I wouldn't put money on me. I will probably lose more Fat % than anything. I am doing to keep myself motivated and have some fun with the rest of the guys. If I lose 10 - 15 lbs I won't be mad. :)
