Watched a game last nite there was a dude who had a rocket arm. I mean no one would run on him, dude could one hop with no roll from 320 fence to home. But.... He was an absolute jackass. **** talking, ****ing off, thinking he knew everything there was to know and just ruined the game. Why is it always guys like him that have to have a great talent with a horrible attitude. Ijs

i'm not saying that everybody with talent is a ****y arsehole, but it's VERY hard to be ****y without talent.

whether it's a great talent at a high level, or you're simply playing below where you should so you look really good, you need to be one of the better players on the field to support the ego that's required for that.

the funniest thing is a guy who thinks he's God's gift to softball and runs his mouth but just sucks in the worst way. THis just magnifies all his mistakes and makes him look retarded as Jennifer anniston would say. :eek:

thing is, unless he's playing some major ball, he doesn't.

there's one truth i've learned in sports, it's that there's always somebody better. i would say this is true for everybody not making a living by playing sports, and it's STILL true for 99% of those who do
