Gorilla holds it in, but you run the risk of busting your bat, becasue it doesnt flex.

Batting practice to get it the rest of the way out is my suggestion. This does not void the warranty. My Dba that blew last year i had to 5200 the cap back in and i got it warrantied.

make sure to clean bat and cap well before application

use just enough and clean off any extra

wait for curing time as instructed in directions
