When to do cardio

WHO DAT!!!
Does it matter?

I've heard in the morning works better to get your body jump started burning calories for the day, I've heard later in the day to burn calories you've consumed thru the day. Or is it strictly preference?

I'd prefer to work out in the morning for two reasons

1. It wakes me up and gives me energy for work

2. If I work out late, it's harder to sleep at night and I'm more tired the next day.

So strictly in terms of burning calories/losing weight is it better in the morning, night, or doesn't matter?

A lot of factor's come in to play depending on your diet, workout habits and general daily routine. Fasted, AM cardio right when you wake up is just about as good as any, so I would stick with that since it seems to best fit your schedule anyway.
