To me all Adidas shoes run a little narrow, as do most lifting shoes. So I would say yes, this pair is just too small for me so its hard to gauge an exact fit.

Squatted in once for 1 warm up set, so shoes are basically new. Size 11 that runs small, more like a 10-10 1/2. Great entry level shoe, I have them in 11 1/2 and 12 and I really like them just couldnt make the 11 work. 45.00 shipped
