I assume he means classic spring training. I wonder if that's the year I went.

The HR Derby at that spring training we went to was dominated by seniors from what I saw. I didn't watch the whole thing, but you'd think the senior division was to give them a chance, but the opposite seemed true to me. There wouldn't have been as non senior in the top five from what I saw.

No idea. They have the new stamping so its not the original run ( not that you were implying it was) but none the less its still a glove that people bought and sold thinking it wouldnt be made again and treat their appraisals accordingly.... I believe the old ones had the same model # stamping...

When I attended Classic Spring Training in Jacksonville we had campers from Washington State. it's all about priorities :eek: I do see your point. I'll mention to the Softball Mag guys.

softball magazine spring training pretty awesome..right on cocoa beach and a ton of pros. Curt Hollis Classic spring training gtg as well.. both have been around along time and are excellent

How did it go? I hope to be swinging a bat in the next month...but I don't expect to be able to run for at least another 3-4.

I'm playing this weekend, first time in 8 months. I've been hitting, locally and at Classic Spring Training in Jacksonville last 2 weeks ago. Tomorrow I'll be required to run the bases, at least to first!

SWI had never been a conference tournament. It was always just an Open tournament to let teams shake off some cobwebs before the NIT/Conf season started. Unfortunately, it lost all it's cache once Vegas got awarded the first Conference tournament of the season. Teams didn't see the point of...
