I know this is not a new question but I can't find any threads about it. What is your opinion of the best metal bat. I play in a league that allows Doublewall all alloy or single wall bats, composite handles are ok too. Any suggestions would help thanks.

97 Demarini is awesome, but I like the WS endload better.

PSts are awesome all around
Loved the Richts Superior Green Monster.....................but only for like 66 swings.

OK, so apparently I am skizo and I like alot of bats.

You will never go wrong with a PST

BUMP - the list below is for a fall league I am playing in. I know PSTs are good, they just don't fit my swing for some reason. so those are out. I'm thinking OG Crush? Also it appears the list was last updated in 2011.

Any pst

ANY PST 137.
or the RED Max or OC

Iv dont the test over and over and over > I would take a PST over most composite.
The XPST4 was banned from ASA because it said 100mph on it. ALl PST 137's are 100mph they just didnt print that on the barrel for some years.

To put it into perspective all my PST's outhit my OG whitesteel by 30 feet. I sometimes hit the fence, usually one hop with the WS, with PST the ball flies 20 feet over

That would be my suggestion. I just picked up a 2007 RT and TZ & they are a lotta fun to hit with. If you like 2-piece bats & can find one the STZ1 is great as well.

Anybody actually look at this bat list?

The OG Crush holds it's own with top of the line ASA composites. Heck, they reissued the bat, and it didn't pass ASA 2004 standards.

This is a no-brainer.

The TechFire Fury is great too, but if PST's don't fit your swing, the Fury probably won't, either.

i'd like to see a "best new stamp metal bat post" but there probably is no such thing. all the quality (and durable) metal seems to have been made years ago.

I played in a league with a very similar list. I used a Fury. It took me awhile to "learn" it, but it was stellar once I did. The Rage is a pretty decent choice too.
FWIW I'm not a PST guy.
