Cleansing/Detox Supps

Did a "whole body" cleanse about 4 years ago. It was about $20........I lost about 13 lbs. in two weeks. The cleanse I did was mostly a high fiber/herbal cleanse, and came with a strict diet.
Felt great after.....this opened the door for me to start doing a cleanse every half year. They say you can do 4 times a year, with the seasons.
I would recommend capsules, not tablets. Tablets don't really break down fully. There are many on the market. I did the Enzyematic (sp?) that I found at Whole Foods for $24.99. Later, saw it at Wal-Mart for $17.99. There are also many on Swanson Vitamins for not too expensive.
Good luck...........keep the diet fairly tight when you do a cleanse.
