Costa is great on warrantying their shades. Send them back and they will put the lenses in a new frame.

Great glasses. I gotta send mine back but I just glued them, twice. Think they'll replace them? Not fix them

Hard to tell man, not sure about the glue part but they usually replace any damaged frame
