2015 GSL / USSSA PARTNERSHIP
Over the past month we at GSL have received a lot of calls also, we have heard many rumors regarding our newly formed partnership with USSSA. I would like to explain exactly how & why this is happening.
Over the past 4 years GSL has grown from 1 state (Ohio) to over 14 active states nationwide, the GSL team has worked very hard to improve the quality of the product every year. We have a group of dedicated directors that want to see “ADULT & YOUTH SPORTS” flourish for years to come.
As we all know there are many associations fighting for your (The players) business, the market is saturated & is very difficult with multiple tournaments being run very close to one another. We at GSL are striving to give the teams the best & biggest tournaments to play in all around the country.
Here are a few bullet points on the partnership…
A) GSL has not been bought out & will continue to operate as its own independent association under the USSSA umbrella of sports.
B) GSL & USSSA directors will work side by side so, you the players have the biggest & best tournaments to play in.
C) GSL World tournaments will be held in ideal vacation destinations.
Both GSL & USSSA are dedicated to improving Softball & make it the best experience we possible can! There are so many exciting things to be announced over the next few months, the future is looking very bright with 2 great associations coming together to improve the game we all ‘LOVE” so much.
We at GSL thank you for your continued support & look for some very exciting tournament announcements between GSL / USSSA over the next few months.
