I guess they wanna swing by the spearmint rhino tonight too. IDK if i wanna hit up 2 strip clubs in one night. especially if they both have a cover
old town louisville, a lot of scraping and rebuilding going on. there are ****ty 900 sq ft houses from the 1900s that are selling for $500+ just for the lots. louisville is usually in the top 3 for best cities to live in america too
biloxi had one of them, but the girls looked like foster. one had so many moles it looked like someone loaded up a shotgun with a few chocolate hunt's snack pack's and fired it
How's the old Xbox treating everybody?
There are lots of areas in Toronto like that. Leslieville is as big one where you buy a 25'x100' lot with an old house on it for $850K (actually there are very few houses in the city that don't generate bidding wars these days)

Rip down the existing house and build up a new one and blammo - you're now selling for something around $1.6M

Which is on the cheap side for new houses in that area.
i bet your prices aren't too far away from ours. boulder county is special and the people know its special cause they won't let you forget it
The kicker with our home prices is that mortgage interest is not tax deductible.
not even ssf's annual salary and benefits could get this for a month
