since the bat has a NR stamp on it, the bat is non-returnable period. What was the seller/trader name?I texted him, he messaged me here saying his phone is messed up, and told me the bat is returnable, with a 1 year warranty. Bat is ****ing stamped no warranty on the handle. He hasn't replied to my last message, but insisted the bat is returnable.

Long shot but It could be a scenario where the bat broke within first couple of swing after purchased and the manufacturer is still honoring the warranty for the rest of the year from purchase date..
But if seller isn't clarifying that then one must assume nr since it I marked as such..
AgreedHe should be posted and told about this thread so he can give his side of how it's possible...
And agreed..this is what I was thinking, but this should have been disclosed at time of deal with any paperwork, number or CS rep that helped.
I am not paying $25 to ship back a bat that was not as advertised. You shipped a no warranty bat and described it as returnable, does not matter if you say it is returnable, it isn't.
Considering you get two bats out of the deal, you can Paypal me whatever amount you feel will even the deal.

Why would you post a NGTG if you are going to fix the deal?
So you would rather ship back a bat worth $200 rather than Paypal some cash?
