you're right, I need one more Tan TB. Anyone got one?what? no tan and black?
Congratulations on the wise move with the HOH. Glove looks great!Just received my 1st custom today. Bryant-inspired HOH PRO205-6 in camel w/ royal embroidery and gold/red patches. Not a huge fan of Pro Preferred and wanted something smaller than KB's 12.25. Thanks Chad/SBF for helping me with the process, it's appreciated! Placed my order middle of Feb so took less than a month to receive it. Very happy with the quality and overall product.
Thanks! Agreed, HOH was definitely the right decision for meCongratulations on the wise move with the HOH. Glove looks great!
!!!!!!! I was wondering about this the other day. Can't wait to hear about/see it!
Just got the glove today. It's all orange Prexy Elite R leather, it's a "rubber ball" glove but it feels no different than the Mizuno Pro "hardball" glove that I owned.
It's the base Ichiro model with +10 mm added to the finger length. This is the largest glove that Mizuno can make, and it measures out to around 13 3/8", but does not feel huge on the hand.
Made in the Japan factory; I think my search for the best outfield glove is over now. Nicest glove I've owned.

Fred, this reminds me of something I saw over the weekend. Theres an excellent sports store in Erie PA that I hit up any time the wife wants a change of scenery for shopping. We live in Buffalo and a couple times a year we will take the hour and a half drive to PA. I dont mind as I've found some pretty cool TJ MAXX and Marshalls finds (just different stock from Buffalo so they also get different Authentic football/baseball/hockey jerseys and a different selection of batting gloves etc) and it is after all - the closest ROSS store to Buffalo. Thats always good for a few new NEW ERA MLB hats. Anyway back to the store..
The always seem to have an excellent stock of Wilsons glove of the month and of course the GGC. There is one spot in Buffalo that gets them that I know of, but its pretty hit and miss and they are behind the counter. This is great because you can put your paw all up in them and actually check them out. They have a sale currently of 25% off tagged price so I was checking out the entire back wall as well as the racks. The overall selection on the wall was less this time, which makes sense being the end of the year. I got down to the far end of the wall though and noticed something funny...... This XL in all its minty glory. I was curious if it just kept getting passed up year after year or if it was found in back. I asked the employee in baseball and he insisted that this glove is no older than 2014. I asked why and he went on about sku price take computers style or something and they updated that year so if it was older it'd have the old tag on it or something like that. I dont think he actually knew about the glove (obviously) and was just going on the price tag. Anyway, it was just a neat find but being a lefty and Wilson- there it still sits.. Had it have been a earlier Rawlings, it would have found a new home even if it was a lefty pretty neat find however and the above glove reminded me of it.[/IMG][/IMG][/IMG]
I was just there a few weeks ago myself so i doubt ill be back for a while but im pretty sure they still had it. Erie sports i think is the name of the store. Maybe theyd do a phone order for ya!Well crap, I wish I saw this post before I was in Erie, PA a couple weekends ago...next time you go, can you LMK if they still have that TF21 GOTM?
Hey Wally, what is it you don't like about the primo sherry leather? I'm debating a primo sherry custom right now. Very similar color scheme to the glove you posted there.Bummed out on the new oxblood leather, also known as Primo HOH, on a new pickup from Spring Training. I've been eyeing this particular glove for some time and a $50 off sale pushed the issue. On the left is a 502 with a swapped in H web. Everything about this glove is heavy duty. Yes, there is some added weight, but look at that palm - not even the beginnings of a crease. On the right is a 12.25 1000 that is designed for light duty. It is perfect for a pitching glove. I was just hoping the palm leather was old school like my 502. Two pictures - one with flash, one without.
