Old guys and sunglasses

I should have mentioned this in the eyesight thread. What color of sunglasses lens do you find most helpful when playing with the yellow balls we have to use?

I have some polarized lens that are too dark.

I'm starting to have trouble picking up the ball at night a little as well.

The worst thing you can do is wear polarized glasses. They will effect the depth perception. Judging the distance and flight of the ball are effected.

Oakley prizm field lenses work really well.

I'm only 44, but I wear Oakley persimmon non polarized lenses. They work well for me, and I'm a little color blind if that's something for you to consider.
