At two SPA tournaments in Sylvainia,oh and Columbus, I hit one over at each location. I am 75. My question is, am I the only one, at 75, to do this?
My weight training is games and bp.I think the key things are these: stay in shape, some sort of weight training and take BP as much as possible. Also, don't be afraid to try different things as you age.
Most are 300 ft, 7 ft high and symmetrical.Would be interested in knowing the distance to and heights of the fences.
Aound here some fields are lopsided as in short right or no fences so you hit the gap on turf and they don't even chase the ball lol.
