LOL......I think there might be a few others. I play in a 60+ league and I am 66. I can still hit HR's, but we have to use USSSA/ASA bats not senior bats.

I think the key things are these: stay in shape, some sort of weight training and take BP as much as possible. Also, don't be afraid to try different things as you age.

Would be interested in knowing the distance to and heights of the fences.
Around here some fields are lopsided as in short right or no fences so you hit the gap on turf and they don't even chase the ball lol.

Most are 300 ft, 7 ft high and symmetrical.
One is 275, 7 ft and symmetrical. Needless to say we love to play there.

I wish our local senior leagues here in Maryland would allow us to use senior bats. They have a rule that you need to be at least 70 years old and not a tournament player. The other league just states 70 years old. I have to wait 4 more years, but still want to purchase a senior bat to get accustomed to the extra distance.
