I have a question about each DVD....are they just one workout routine per dvd? is it split up into levels?

One workout on each dvd some come with ab workouts at the end


no levels but they have people doing the workout at a slower pace/or different way so you can copy them
or the ones that are going really fast

Sounds good, but where is the yoga? Tony looks the way he does because of yoga!:D

Been doing a similar routine with good success. Feel a lot faster now. Was struggling the first 2 weeks, as my body was real sore, but about 3-4 week, started feeling strong and wanting to do the two workouts per day.

Insanity workouts are great..........kick my butt, yet, feel strong the next day. Noticed my speed in the outfield went up during tournaments, and less tired while playing.
