Pitching Helmet Question

I'm looking at picking up a helmet/mask for pitching this season and have it narrowed down to the Worth or Lacrosse styles.
Does anyone know if you can still wear sunglasses under these helmets?
I don't want to get a tinted visor because I play both night and day games.

Oakley OTC Goggles lenses fit nicely in the worth helmets. They come in many shades and pop in nicely.

I have worn oakleys with my lacrosse helmet, however I did need an extra hand the first couple times. I have it down now to where I can get them on all by myself.
