This is a good idea. I can never get my endcaps to fit snuggly in the barrel though. Its like the barrel is a bigger hole than the end of the bat.

Just picked up one of these last week on the Bay for $75. Worth every dime.

Broke my 26oz Evo Ax -- Had about 1,500 swings on it? Although, my dumb-ass took it to a batting cages that uses 40/525 ball I'd guess? It's nice to break the bat in, but definitely cuts that life down.

1,500!!!! I popped the K's version in 5 swings.
