thinking about ordering a diaz glove , does anyone know how the white leather holds up against dirt/use ? or will it look rough / dirty only after a few uses ? thanks !!

Theres just better options out there with better leather and craftsmanship for the money. Spend the extra $$ and get a glove that will last you longer then year or two. I like vinci new white leather. Look in the vinci thread for pics of some nice white leather

I've had no experience with the Diaz gloves so I can't bash, but have heard some bad things... But as far as white gloves.. Yea they obviously get dirty fairly easy but they also clean back up alright.. Every couple of weeks I do a good cleaning on the white.. And it seems to hold up and keep cleaning up fine.. But it's Wilson.. Wilson/mizunos/Vinci/Rawlings in white would probably be all good quality.. But some of the other company's I would shy away to the odd colors as there dye process isn't near as good as the other major brands I mentioned

Iowa, you mind putting up pics of the Wilson white before and after cleaning? Also, how old is the glove? I'm just curious how the white leather handle over time and use. Thanks.

I've only had this custom for this season.. Here's a picture right after some clean.. Its fairly dirty right now I can take a picture o it tonight of it actually fairly dirty.. Mines not all white.. It would be a lot harder to keep clean with a white palm

Nice custom. I agree a white palm would be much harder to keep clean than a white back. The palm will see much more dirt on a regular basis. If you go with a white glove expect to be cleaning it all the time to keep it that way.

GShreve, you are correct my friend. The only thing that I would change about my all white VINCI TJ1952-L is the white palm. It looks sweet new, but gets dirty quick and needs to be cleaned often. It's a glove, it's going to get dirty and have no problem with that, but, it's less maintenance with a darker palm.

How well does it come clean? I would personally have no problem cleaning my glove after every use, others would not want to clean it very often.

This is about 2 weeks of use:

Quick clean with a warm damp cloth. Didn't spend too much time, nor did I touch the laces. Some of the darker spots are due to the moisture. Cleans up fairly well.

Cleans up nice. Using lexol leather cleaner would also help. From other peoples suggestions I picked up a bottle and it works great. Cleaned up my Pro Preferred real nice.

I'm not a huge fan of lexol products personally, especially the cleaner. I did not like how it made the leather feel afterwards.

this is funny right here, these gloves are made of the same leather, in the same factory, they just slap different brand logos on them. why do you think all these glove companies are popping up everywhere, everyone wants a piece of the pie
