In all fairness its been known forever to increase any speed you have to work on fast and slow twitch muscles. Macenko just said do it with swinging a bat. Not super revolutionary...I was doing it before I ever heard of the guy.

Biggest thing that helped me is to not hold the bat really high like I did in baseball. If you watch a lot of players swing there is so much up and down movement when the **** back before unloading. Try to eliminate that up and down movement by holding the bat more level. Not sure if what I am...

Suggestion: Go to Home Depot. Buy PVC pipes, sand, elbows, glue, and a thick net and make your own much cheaper.
