Personally I'd ditch both because I have no respect for Carl or his company. But if you're going to keep one I would say the DNA because it will not fail compression until it breaks where the Torch will in 800-1500 according to Monsta.

If you buy the bat used you can not buy a warranty, only have it transfered if the origional owner bought one. If you buy it from them in the first 30 days you should be able to have them add the warranty. It is supposed to be no questions asked and you either get the same model as a return or...
