the 65% rule just states they are "subject" to bump.... Not "will" be bumped

I don't thing he'll bump SJK or Showbombs unless they go to Nationals and do well. I'm personally not a fan of the winning % bump because it's all based off who you play. Also, not all tournaments are posted on gosoftball. I know Dakota Days results are not on there.
