There should be no infraction imo for a bat that SBF store sells higher than a competitor. I believe SBF needs to be giving the oppporunity to match, before selling on here. This would eliminate some infractions. I do agree with the point if you have had 4 warnings, that should be enough.

its a store 1st and a forum 2nd. they are going to do what they need to to protect their sales. they don't have to do anything to help guys that sell the same bats they sell or drop their prices to meet prices in the selling forum

steve is g2g...but where the store is coming from. i sell tanel...i never posted a price on the board. it's common courtesy and good practice towards a retailer. now that sbf no longer carries tanel...i can post away pricing. but i would still rather answer pm's. i have done alot of business this way. once again, steve is a good dude and people know who he is and can easily pm him for stuff.

steve is a gtg board bro but he was warned and still broke the rule. Yes it sucks but it is what it is. You have to look at it from the stores standpoint. Your not going to go in the store front with a bunch of NIW gear and say I will beat all their prices. If you do you will be escorted out so in a way the same thing has happened.

understood prox3....i agree the sbf store and mods are doing there job.....but this guy did it the same way for like two years...so why wasnt he stopped or banned back then.......yes i am defending steve but in no means am i saying that sbf is completely wrong in their ruling...they do have a site and store to protect. But I'm sure some of the higher ups have bought from s hower as well. just sayin

because it wasn't a rule until recently... they always had the multiple NIW bats rule, but then they tweaked it to say any NIW bat that the store sold is against the rules. he was warned and given the benefit of the doubt but he pushed it too far. it's sad and somewhat stupid, but it's the rules

As for being sad or stupid, lets put this into perspective a little. This site was created to generate some internet and outside looks into SOFTBALLFANS the store. Without the store, I'm sure this site would not exist. SOFTBALLFANS is still a business and it is someones living.
With that said, rules have been updated. Its SOFTBALLFANS the store website ... not ours. We have to play by their rules, not what someone might think is sad or stupid.
Don't get me wrong, s_Hower 30 is one of the good guys and definitely does not deserved to be compared to many others who have been banned because of scamming, stealing, or breaking many of the other listed rules. But, he was warned and is guilty of breaking a said rule ... you get 3 infractions and I'm sure there were a few oither warnings. How many times should someone be allowed to break a rule(s) ??
He will be back I'm sure. And I will bet he will have plenty of more items to sell. Definitely a GTG board bro. !!!!!!
