tds is correct. The process of getting leather to white destroys the leather. The process breaks down the leather much like bleaching someone's hair or clothes. Plus, the leather does not hold the white dye like it does the other colors. So, when you start playing with it, the color comes right out. Then, you get into what brewzer said, it's going to get dirty and dirty fast.
Vinci is about putting the best products on the field. White leather is not a viable option to put quality on the field. In small quantities like white lace, it can be done. But not as a full glove.
