This foam is dense. It sits in the sweet spot of the barrel. There is a line of glue from the handle to the foam. It keeps the foam from flying towards the end cap as well as a layer of glue on the end cap side of the foam. The rattle comes from the line of glue when it breaks free from the handle.

I take live BP once a week and tee work two times a week. I break my bats in with a tee first. I swing what feels good for me during live BP whether it be a gamer or a new bat.

My Google skills are failing.

I like my Gold Glove Elite 12.75" Trap. It's held up pretty well. The glove isn't stiff but it doesn't flop around. I'd go after another GG if I had to.
